Make your fairytale dreams come true at Chateau Wisteria; a sprawling 10,000 sq. ft Mediterranean-style luxury villa on 11 acres of rolling hills, featuring stunning sunsets, a grand private movie theater, pool table and zen garden. Perfect for cozy gatherings with friends and family! We have 6 luxury bedrooms, encompassing 9 king/queen beds for everyone's comfort.

The home is less than 20 mins to Leavenworth, 3 mins to Stutzman Ranch (fruit picking), 10 minutes to downtown Wenatchee and 1 hour to Lake Chelan, Gorge Amphitheater and Stevens Pass.

This gated estate sits atop Sunnyslope area in Wenatchee, with no immediate neighbors. It provides a peaceful haven with privacy and seclusion for a relaxed stay with your friends and family. The 10,000+ sq ft Chateau boasts amenities including a lavish private theater, a pool table/billiards room, a grand foyer soaring staircase and amazing furnished decks and patios overlooking rolling hills and snow-capped mountains.

On the main/ground floor, step into a grand entryway with cascading stairways and turn into the expansive living room with dual oversized cream sectionals that can comfortably seat a dozen. Play chess in front of the fireplace while lounging in chubby Pacha chairs, all while admiring stunning views of mountains and hills. In the adjacent room, enjoy board game sessions or a poker game around an oval games table. Pop out onto the balcony where we have 2 sets of sectionals along with wicker egg chairs. Enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets ahead!

Around the corner from the main floor entertainment area is the kitchen, dining room and pool table/billiards room. The expansive gourmet kitchen is equipped with a granite center island, two ovens, an electric induction cooktop, a 4 burner gas cooktop, a built-in sub-zero fridge/freezer and every chef item you could think of to create epic meals for you and your group. The massive amount of counter space is accented by 6 cozy leather barstools for additional seating. The connected butlers pantry has an additional fridge/freezer unit and sink. Just steps away, through the arched doorway, is an elegant formal dining room with 1 giant dining table that seats 12 guests. Kiddy-corner to the kitchen and dining room is the pool table/billiards room featuring an 8ft pool table. This grand room is accented by a fireplace, television and large sliding-glass doors that lead out onto the balcony. The rolling-hill views from this whole main-floor wing of the Chateau are absolutely incredible!

The main/ground floor is complemented by 3 luxurious bedrooms with shared bathrooms.

The upper floor, accessed via the main entry grand staircase or the lavish leopard-print carpeted staircase off the kitchen, features 3 luxury bedroom suites, each with unique and elegant en-suite bathrooms, custom closets, access to laundry and private furnished terraces.

The lower floor is designed for an entertainment paradise! The lavish home theater features a unique ticket/bar entry booth, custom design red-velvet theater seating for 8 guests, floor-to-ceiling hand-made red-velvet theater curtains accented by custom ceiling paintings and moldings; complemented by Dolby surround-sound and Apple TV access. Next-door is a large game room complete with lounge seating, ping-pong table, Jenga, cornhole and a Pac-Man arcade machine w/ 12 classic arcade games!

SAFETY:
Wenatchee is a hilly climate with strong winds at night. You will spot wildlife such as rabbits, quails, eagles and snakes in the hills. We advise that guests and children be careful while treading around bushes and hills on hikes to avoid disturbing any wildlife.

We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! However please check in ahead with us on available check in time for same day bookings only.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.

TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS:
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.

LOST & FOUND:
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind!

NO MAILBOX ACCESS:
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a family home and we expect that you treat the home with the same respect you would give to your own. This is NOT a party house or event space. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we respect our neighbors. Quiet hours from 8p-8a.
-Please take care of our cream colored furniture; they are protected with fabric spray but will not withstand abuse and spills!
-A maximum of 8 cars are allowed on the property during any/all rentals. No street-side or off-site parking is offered or permitted.
-A signed rental agreement is required to rent this property.
-No shoes allowed in the house.
-No smoking in the home, or within 20 feet of exterior doors and windows. Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.
-All guests staying at or visiting the home must be registered. No pets allowed at any time. Undeclared guests and pets will incur a charge of $1,000 for the violation and subject to immediate cancellation of your stay.
-This property has several outdoor security cameras used to protect the property from potential break-ins, theft, and trespassing.

Please note that the basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $50 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, extra laundry, and tears and wears on the property. Vrbo should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".

Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
