We had a wheelchair accessible room which had excellent accessibility. It was very clean and roomy. The bed was so comfortable. The ice room was not so easy to get to as there was no ramp up that sidewalk. I do wish they had a breakfast bar, the to go bag was not enough, we still had to go out for breakfast. Not a place I would ever stay again

It was awful go to check in and didn't find out until afterwards nobody's room key word for their door so if you left to get something to eat and if you are gone for 2 hours or so you would have to go to the front desk that have them let you back into your room unconvenient

we had no complaints about the room, or the gentleman at the front desk. My only issue would be the hot tub could have used a clean, but hey that could have been from the large amount of kids in it all day

Arrived at the proerty at check in time and was told that they were short staffed and that it woud be a coule of hours before our room would be ready. I asked if i would be gettng a discount for the late check in, was told no so i walked out. The manager come out a few minutes later and said our room would be ready 5 to 10 minutes later. So we got a room and the room was not very clean. Walked in the room with our socks on the our socks got very dirty. I went and showered the next morning and there was hair on the shower wall, shower was not cleaned or wiped down.

Property was being renovated, but it did not interfere with our stay. We had a remodeled room, and it was very clean. Lady at check in was very friendly. Would stay there again.

The property was being worked on and there was no issue for ease of movement on the property. We had a problem with the t.v. and the manager came up and fixed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and this made our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.
