3 bedrooms with brand new wood floors and queen beds or larger in every room. Each unit has split units with a nice sized kitchen. All the windows have sensors, and the exterior of the building has cameras with smart locks on every room door. The apartment also has WIFI with a smart TV in the living room but none in the bedrooms so you can rest after a long day touring the city.

The building is a brick building with easy access to the express train into Manhattan as well as the rest of Brooklyn. Perfect place to be if you are here to visit and work from another country or another state,

Guests will have access in every area of their apartment. We do have a washer and dryer, but guests will need to be given access by appointment. There is no additional cost for its use.

Guests will be able to contact the host between 9am - 9pm every day of their stay and 24 hours a day for emergencies.

Guests are not allowed to move in any furniture during their stay. All dishes need to be washed after use, trash days need to be strictly observed, and the trash cannot be put out until the evening before.

All containers are to have trash bags in the apartment. No food in the bedrooms, no pets except for a service animal which the host must approve in advance.
