A great stay
This was my first time staying at LaQuinta. This area is in its building stage. Another hotel is in construction in the area. I didn't get a chance to do breakfast, but what was described was really good. Also Cracker Barrel was right next to it. The room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. It was a very pleasant stay. It was nice and quiet.

The property was clean. Some reviews said the sheets weren't clean. Mine were. I had plenty of clean towels. I didn't really take time for breakfast but what I did have was tasty. The staff was poliet and Ms Mercedes was exceptional 👏. I stayed for 5 nights and didn't have any problems. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend them. Also right next door is a Cracker Barrel. For your convenience. Because they don't have an onsite restaurant 🙄 😒 I had a very enjoyable stay.

Bathroom floor could’ve been swept a lot better than it was . Had hair left on the floor and in my sheets from where house maid made the bed as well as the sheets where turned the wrong way so basically I had to make my bed over . Also for it to be an accessible room too many hazards. The silver piece to the wall behind the toilet was completely off just hanging , so if I wouldn’t have noticed I would’ve cut my wrist or hand if I grabbed the grab bar smh . As well as the plastic piece to hold the shower head in the shower it was faulty and need to be replaced immediately. Other than that the night staff on Friday evening he was pleasantly but the Saturday evening lady whewww she has a attitude adjustment to think about especially if she wants to work front desk at a hotel can’t be rude show hateful expressions and try to be the face of a beautiful hotel ruins everything that happens after you walk away from that desk . Other than those things it was good might stay again just not soon got to fix those things IMMEDIATELY

Not being from the area I can't really comment on how safe the area is - check in was easy (I completed the on-line check in ahead of time), the room was fine, consistent with other La Quinta's where we've stayed. A recent(?) change at nearly all La /Quinta's is that they now charge for pets - something that hasn't always been the case. Capitalism at its best, in that all other hotels have been charging for pets for a long time. The staff here was professional (to the point of being "Clinical"). No complaints.

Parking was easy. Our room keys didn’t work 2x so they changed the room. Then the tv remote needed new batteries. The bathroom door was uneven and scraped the floor so it wouldn’t close. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Nice people worked there.

I have negatives and positives. The shower was dirty, there was orange soap scum all long the bottom and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed so water got all over. And the scrambled eggs were gross, slimy like they didn’t cook them enough and the sausage was more like jerky. But the bed was comfortable and that says a lot coming from me. A bad back and fibromyalgia make finding comfortable beds quite hard. The parking lot all the way to Cracker barrel was brightly lit and I felt safe. As a woman traveling alone I was worried about the high crime rate in this area. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again. I do wish hotels would put soft close doors though. Starting around 5 am I was constantly scared awake by closing doors, they were obscenely loud. But overall, good job!
