Enjoy the casual elegance of our 4 bedroom/2.5 bath pool home in West Palm Beach. This classic 1926 Mizner Style Mediterranean Revival home is steeped in American history and charm. This villa stands proudly with its 2 levels and room for 8 comfortably. All bedrooms are upstairs. A year-round vacation destination.
There is also a 2 bedroom/1 bath detached apartment upstairs and above the garage and on the same property but separate from the main house. The apartment may be used for your extra friends/family and is included in this listing. This apartment can sleep four guests, has a living room and a complete kitchen.
Close to beaches, parks, golf, and fine dining. Enjoy town events and green markets or a show at the historic Kelsey theater. Only one block away is historic Kelsey Park with tennis and fitness stations on the intracoastal. Also, one block away to the south is Lake Park Marina where you can charter fishing and scuba boats or launch your boat. The property is located within minutes of Palm Beach International Airport, Tri-Rail, Brightline, fine dining, high end shopping, museums, Florida wildlife preserves and educational centers.

Books, puzzles, board games for all ages, TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms. Wi-Fi all units. Bed linens, bath towels, makeup towels, beach towels.

The property has 6 bedrooms, all upstairs, and three and a half bathrooms:
Bedroom 1, 2nd floor has a king size bed with full “jack & jill” bathroom
Bedroom 2, 2nd floor is a master suite with queen bed, full bathroom
Bedroom 3, 2nd floor has two twin beds and shares the “jack & jill” with the king room
Bedroom 4, 2nd floor is an art studio loggia with a day bed with pullout trundle.
Bedroom 5, 2nd floor in the apartment has a queen size bed
Bedroom 6, 2nd floor in the apartment has a twin size bed
The apartment living room has one full size sleeper sofa.
**There is an exterior surveillance camera only directed at the gate by the entrance.
1. The storage room next to the garage has Kayaks, Beach chairs, and pool noodles.
2. All detergents, cleaning products, mop, broom etc. are located in the laundry room.
3. Parking within the gate is limited to three cars maximum. Additional parking on the street is available.
4. Don’t forget that the sun and insects can be strong in Florida. Please remember to bring sunscreen and insect repellent.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM.
BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN
Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!
