The bare minimum
The room had the bare necessities. A queen bed which was comfortable. A chair which was serviceable. No facial tissues (like Kleenex), no breakfast of any kind, no closets, just cubbies like kindergarten, no hand/face towels, no microwave, no in-room coffeemaker, no ice machines anywhere in the hotel. If you just want a clean bed, a working TV, and a shower at minimum price, this is the place to go.

I liked the option to cook. The hotel was in new condition. We enjoyed the location, very convenient to many local points of interest. The parking was not kept up as clean as the inside of the hotel, that was the area that needed attention.

The lady at the front desk was good. The smell of the room was intolerable and pungent. The entire hotel smelled terrible. Should have asked for a refund immediately. We barley slept and my wife was sick the next morning.

Noisy, room next to elevator, could hear the elevator and people getting on/off. Elevator had a foul smell. Staff friendly, room/lobby was secure!!! Not bad, would stay again is need be but different room
