A wonderful cottage! Hot tub, outdoor bar w lights/tv, putting green, grill, firepit. Deck features table/chairs and sofa w firetable. Near parking lot there is a pergola w swing. Close to many beaches and harbor in Yarmouth/Hyannis. Andre has thought of everything invluding fenced in yard w dog cleanup station. 5 stars!

Perfect little getaway
We loved our stay at the cape cottage. The cottage provided everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. Beach and bath towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and lots of kitchen items for cooking/grilling at home. This space was aaaall about the backyard. We spent most of our time out here, enjoying the sun, playing with the dog, s’mores at the fire pit, and enjoying the bar space with the tv. A short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again

Great little getaway.
The house was spotless and just what we needed for a short getaway. The firepit area in the backyard is perfect. The beach, shops, entertainment, and restaurants are within minutes from the house.

We loved our stay! The cottage is beautiful and well kept, just as advertised. We had our dog, Lola, with us and the big yard and walkable neighborhood were both huge pluses for us/her. Great option for a getaway solo or with a small group

The perfect Cape stay!
We arrived to a very well maintained cape just minutes from the beach! The beautiful cottage was exactly as the photos depict. We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves from kitchen to beach supplies! We didn’t need to bring anything. The manager supplies it all! The bedding and towels were clean! The entire home was immaculate. Beautifully landscaped yard equipped with everything you need from starting a fire to making dinner on the grill. When I say we could have come with a bag of clothes, I am not exaggerating. The properties host, Andre, couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. From my initial contact to the moment we were leaving. We brought our 2 dogs, our 8 year old daughter and had the most amazing time. We will definitely be back next year!!
