Beautiful home with high end finishes, hot tub, heated garage close to the Park!

Aspen Grove Lodge is a new home - built 3 years ago in the Lazy Acres subdivision, located just outside of Yellowstone National Park. Our house has been built to provide high end modern comforts in the rustic setting of West Yellowstone. No detail has been spared to see that your stay is perfect! The interior of the house is oriented around a large great room, providing a wonderful gathering place after a day in the park. It includes a spacious seating area with a 50" 4K smart TV and a dining table that seats 10. The kitchen has a large island, stainless steel appliances and all the tools needed to create fantastic meals. The upstairs recreation room is great for people to gather away from the main living area with a 70" 4K smart TV, a gaming table and a comfortable seating area..

This house is well insulated to maintain a cozy feeling regardless of the weather outside. There is central heating and air conditioning as well as a gas stove in the main living area to provide extra comfort on those cool evenings.

We have 2 ensuite bedrooms on the main floor and 1 on the upper floor. We have 2 other bedrooms on the main floor. One has 2 Twin XL beds and the other has 1 King bed. These 2 bedrooms have a shared bath. All of the bedrooms have new foam mattresses, high quality linens and black-out blinds for those long summer days. The kitchen opens to a covered deck with a gas grill and a private yard with a 6 person hot tub and a fire pit. There is plenty of parking space to handle cars and snowmobiles.

We are now making our single car garage available to store vehicles and snowmobiles. The space has been insulated and will have a heater. We will have specific rules on the use of the space such as the use of dollies for snowmobiles to protect the floor. But it will be a great space to keep snowmobiles dry and warm for your use!

We have enhanced our already high cleaning standards to meet new CDC recommendations.
- Laundry continues to be cleaned in commercial facilities with recommended temperatures.
- Cleaning is upgraded to mitigate the COVID-19 risk areas (call for details).
- Additional disinfectants will be provided to guests to sanitize as desired.
