Youre at the intersection of East Main Street and Route 135, just off the rotary in Downtown Westborough, with all points north, south, east, west easily accessible from your private parking space that comes with the unit.
Just a few minutes drive takes you to highway 9 east/west.
You're about 12-15 mins from interstate 90
You're about 5 -10 minutes from 495.
And you're about 3 miles from the commuter rail station. (Take the train East to Boston and west to Worcester).
The space of the condo itself is an ample one bedroom with a foyer, coat closet, and linen closet and bathroom off to the left of the entry foyer.
To the right of the foyer sits the eat in kitchen.
While ample size, the kitchen is arranged for convenience with the sink and all appliances off one wall.
There is room for a round 4 top table or a 4-6 seater farm table.
