Elegant hotel near Boston

We wanted a location that was close to Boston and some historic sites. We were able to go on a walking tour of the battle green and cemetery in Lexington one afternoon and to the Concord museum and Louisa May Alcott's house the next morning. This is very large, elegant hotel that caters to conferences. It was fairly empty during our one day stay. It is next to a shopping mall with food options.

Absolutely love this place it's convenient, reasonably priced, the staff is always incredibly accommodating, but grab and go breakfast and the hot breakfast are both phenomenal! There is shopping within walking distance, it's just all around the ideal spot for that area. I

The hotel looks very old outside but the room is very nice and clean and spacious for us. I would recommend this hotel for family and business travel purposes.

Friendly staff. This is an older hotel. It appears to be doing some renovations to the pool.The hotel has a nice layout, but needs updating.

The staff at this hotel were lovely. Everyone we encountered was amenable and nice. The place is a bit dated, but very clean and very well maintained. There was some construction going on, but it didn’t detract from our impression of the place at all. The beds were comfy and the showers were hot. I’d stay here again.

Not at all like advertised

Advertise with breakfast included, the only free breakfast is cereal. Everything else you have to pay for. No microwave either. I do have to admit their bed was comfortable. The rooms are outdated, you have to use a physical key to get into your room.

After the nightmare we had at another property earlier in the week, staying at this Westford Regency Inn was a breath of fresh air. Very fancy lobby area, big restaurant and bar, plenty of breakfast options, and very clean rooms. This property uses physical keys rather than digital keycards, but I don't view that as a negative. They have taken previous complaints regarding the carpeting to heart; the carpet in our room was nearly pristine. No bugs or stains or anything anywhere in the property. The one thing that seemed to be in need of replacement was the elevator, as that appears to be about 40 years old. It's still working, but it shows its age and has a bit of that old elevator smell. Still, hardly worth knocking a star off. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
