Great Little find.
Not the poshest but had the essentials.
Room a little dated but the staff were friendly and helpful.
Shower amazing and had a bath in too.
Breakfast included in the price and on site parking which is great for Weston-super-Mare
The hotel was dated and not clean, the toilet downstairs was disgusting - dirty no hand wash or towels. The rooms were not cleaned the time we were there except to empty the bin and wash the cups! The lounge area in the morning was littered with empty beer and wine glasses and paper debris. The staff were polite and helpful but that didn’t make up for the hotel being unclean. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs a thorough deep clean and a complete renovation.

Not a good night!
Overnight before an appointment next day. Single room, big mistake. People, cleanliness, en-suite and breakfast were great. The room was a disaster. Tiny, wardrobe was in the window bay, no chair, cheap bonell sprung mattress was uncomfortable and thin plasterboard wall allowed me to hear the conversation of the couple next door! Fitful sleep than woken early by howl of (kitchen?) ventilator outside the window behind the wardrobe . . . Other rooms may be better but this one should be reserved for senior management!
The hotel is in an amazing location with lovely sea views from the dining room, our room was small and a little rundown but clean. Fresh sheets and towels. Pillows were a bit flat and bed a bit lumpy and bouncy but overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff. We will return
Did not get any parking, so had to walk about 10mins up the road. The lift was a nice surprise. Room was ok. Bit hot in there and bathroom extractor could be a quiet inline type, which could pull cooler air into the room. Food was nice although I would have liked the tea available from the start of service. Friendly polite staff. I was hoping of a bit more of a sea view. Beach and area was really nice. 1st there and we had a lovely hot day and it was nice to eat our dinner outside.

Great location. The cleanliness let this property down. Very cheap to fix it, just some attention to details and thinking like a visitor.
Very helpful staff and breakfast was ok.
No complaints about the hotel itself. Cheap and cheerful with all amenities provided. Staff were polite and the room was clean and comfortable.
What I do have an issue with is the attitude towards paying customers displayed by other visitors to this hotel. Namely the two men who flew into the parking space, outside the hotel, that I was reversing into. When I got out to explain to them that I was reversing in to that spot as I was staying at the hotel. They just shrugged rudely and went in to the hotel. On enquirying, they weren’t even staying there, just friends visiting the manager.
So my rating includes the attitude displayed towards paying customers by the friends of the manager, who don’t seem to care about their friends hotel guests.

Location ✔️ helpful staff ✔️ free parking ✔️ free yummy breakfast ✔️ lift ✔️ power shower ✔️however, this was a dog friendly stay whereby the windows opened 1ft from the floor and we were on 4th floor which meant we had to have the window permanently closed on a 25 degree day in a 8’ x 8’ room - stifling.. had to spend as much time out the room as poss… room was tiny, dust and hairs in carpet around skirting, bed was sooo loud & squeaky, kettle didn’t reach table top and was corded so had to make tea on floor.. all in all an ‘ok’ stay but wouldn’t return, WSM tho was amazing. Def recommend Michaelangelos 5* food service and atmosphere.
Arrived & there was no parking so had to pay for parking down the road. The room was filthy dirty. The shower gel & shampoo from the previous guest still in the shower. The bed looked like it was just made (and not clean sheets). Doesn’t look like the room was cleaned after the last guest had stayed. The menu in the room stated food served until 11pm but when we went down for dinner at 8pm we were told there was entertainment on that night so no food being served. We ended up leaving the hotel & not staying the night as didn’t want to stay in a dirty room so we drove home. The hotel offered no compensation or refund. Expedia also would not offer any sort of refund.
