Really lovely stay. Ultra clean in all areas, spacious reception, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. We decided to book the breakfast on our 2nd day and it was fabulous - a full cooked breakfast, as well as a choice of cereals, breakfast orange, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and a fancy coffee machine! We had 3 dogs with us and my mum has mobility issues, but all so well catered for. Very impressed!

Awful bed
Staff very friendly but room although clean, felt tired and run down. Carpet thread bare, no heating in bathroom and the mattress base stained. The mattress was so uncomfortable - like sleeping on a trampoline. Husband and i did not sleep well and had bad backs.

Convenient location for us ... Being a motorway services, you could even buy things from WH Smiths at 3am if you needed to. The staff were nice and the hotel was ok for us. Would use again.
