The decor is quite rustic using soothing neutral tones. The amenities are thoughtful and tasteful, giving you a lovely quality feel to every aspect of the property
You enter the property from the high point of the vineyard walking under the beautiful Willow Tree through a secure gate to a private decking area at the front of the property
Gorgeous views over the vineyard and on to the little valley beyond. A lovely large decking area spanning the main frontage of Willow Barn. Down a couple of steps to the sunken part of the garden with gravel, planting and different planters with herbs and lavender
On the decking area are lovely large pots with twisted olive trees, planters with lavender and other plants. The seating is an all weather dark grey aluminium table and chairs with an overhang parasol
Down to the lower sunken part of the garden giving you more beautiful views. The stunning Morsó wood fired oven and barbeque takes pride of place on a handmade wood and slate bench with a lower slate shelf. We leave you a box of wood, kindling, matches & Eco firelighters
There is wooden fencing all around which gives you a feeling of privacy and security. In both areas is an assortment of subtle outdoor lighting and seating
Making your way inside through the large Bifold doors from the main deck leading you in to the Main room of Willow Barn. The doors can be fully opened during those barmy summer days bringing the outside in
Inside is a large open plan space with a lovely Esse wood burning stove in the front corner of the space. This gives you superb heat in the colder months and a wonderful cosy vibe when lit
A large leather sofa and armchair for comfortable seating and a matching leather footstool for total comfort. Cushions and a throw
A Smart TV sits in the other corner of this space with a sound bar. By Bluetooth you can link up with the TV or your phone for sounds and radio. The TV will give you all the smart features with Freeview and viewing platforms you need. From Netflix to IPlayer, you just need to log on to your own account. The TV sits on Elm boards which were grown on the property, cut and sawn to fit this area
At the back of the space is the open plan kitchen with a lovely breakfast bar and wicker stools, Oak beams, Smeg fridge freezer, oven, induction hob with on stove whistling kettle, Smeg toaster and all the utensils, cutlery and crockery you'll need
A sweet little kitchen window looking to the rear of the property above the black composite sink and matching taps. Either side sit two beautiful elm shelves which again were grown, sawn and made to fit this sweet little kitchen
A lovely dresser leads from the kitchen over to the sitting area with a large farmhouse kitchen table, bench seating and wicker chairs. A lovely space to gather, sit, & eat. All with superb views
You also have 2 anthracite vertical designer radiators to warm the room in colder months
There are two good sized bedrooms leading off each end of the main room. This gives both bedrooms a lovely private feel
Each bedroom has a King sized bed made from oak with a buttoned linen headboard and a wonderfully comfortable memory foam mattress. Beautiful bed linen, a throw, cushions, floor rug and a leather armchair in each room
You also have a dressing table which can be used as a quiet work space
At the back of each bedroom is an area with hanging space and a drawer unit, full length mirror and shelf
Both bedrooms have painted wooden shutters on the windows
This space leads to a shower room with WC, anthracite sink on top of a hand made oak unit, a walk in shower with a rainfall shower head and poised head
This property has been built using wood and aluminium cladding, amazing insulation & solar energy to feed the state of the art heat store
We supply a basket of wood for your Esse wood burner with kindling, eco firelighters and matches. If you want more wood you can buy this through Karen for £20 per crate
There is free parking in the vineyard car park with designated parking for 2 cars
We do not allow children at Willow Barn or on the Vineyard as we do not have insurance and safe areas for under 18's
