Check in took forever even though it was prepaid. Air conditioner didn’t work hardly at all. Weak shower spray. Room we reserved was given away.

Lots of hair (not head hair) in the shower... moved us to another room... more hair in the shower (not as much). Rest of the room was clean... just won't take a shower. Disappointed.

Waited and waited for someone to show up at check us in. The clerk had been sitting outside talking on the phone. When she finally came in she wanted to know why we didn't come out to get her! Bizarre.

Good Service

Staffperson was very helpful when we had a glitch with our key, and she gave us a bag with some snacks for our "trouble." It was not a big deal, but we appreciated that she did that for us. Cookies and lemonade at check-in were a plus!
