Stayed to visit Oglebay Festival of Lights. Had two rooms, four adults and a furry family member. Great, friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean property. Will go back again!

Property is dated and it was noisy as I was right by the elevator. Was woken up multiple time from people in the hallway, doors closing, etc. Front desk staff were great. Ok for a one night stay.

We booked this hotel because of the closeness of it to the concert venue we were going to plus the shuttle the hotel provided to events. However upon arriving we were told the shuttle only runs till 10pm which would not benefit us. We then proceeded to drive to the concert pay $10 in parking only to leave the venue and see the hotel shuttle waiting for people. We had to drive/pay parking when we could have been shuttled which is the reason we stayed there in the first place. Everything else was fine but that shuttle BS was unacceptable

Room was unclean, like they had just pulled the covers up after the previous guest. Sheets were dirty, floor wasn't vacuumed, toothpaste spit in the sink, hair everywhere. Yuck. This was my first experience like this in any Holiday Inn Express, hopefully it was just a fluke.
