When purchasing this hotel, it was on the expensive side, they put us on the ground floor, on the way to the pool, hence everyone were passing through. We chose a king bed so i could be with both my kids, their king size is actually a double twin mattresses side by side. There was no Aac the entire stay, they stated AC is on only if outside is below 18 degrees even though in the room it was 28 degrees! And due to being on the ground floor we didnt feel safe leaving the windows or door open, the solution? A fan was brought in. The pool was dirty, the hot tubs were not turn on "they're working on the boilers" Overall terrible experience, the hotel told me Expedia is in charge and Expedia blames the hotel. No one is accountable. Now ive noticed i was supposed to receive a VIP experience too, which clearly was not happening.

We enjoy Creekside as a change of pace from Whistler village. The proximity of Legends to the grocery store was so convenient. We liked the amenities and the size of the condo. The staff is courteous and professional. Our room was on the 2nd floor by the alpine room and it looked over the bbq and outdoor common areas, but it was still super quiet. The only annoying thing was the temperature control. The vents were loud, and we had a hard time getting the room to cool down.

The shower barely worked—a trickle not a jet stream. Charging for extra coffee pods is really tacky. Air conditioning did not work in the evening—must have been turned off.
