The stay here was excellent, the property was clean and had a lot of options for dining nearby. The pool was heated up just fine and has been maintained very well.

The property is close to the Lost Lake trails. The trails are lovely. It’s a bit far from the village center, but there is #5 free bus running every 30 minutes between the lodge and the village center. The rooms are clean overall, but the mattresses are too soft and old, the springs under one of the beds are not working, so the mattress sinks down and some of the wood boards fell under the bedframe. The mattresses are so soft that my children ended up sleeping on the floor with their sleeping bag.

Overall very happy, the unit was clean and well appointed. Nice to have proper appliances. The parking situation is a bit confusing at first, mostly because the spots are numbered and it was not clear if I was to take a specific spot or any. I would 100% book this unit again. The free bus to Whistler village is great, every 30 mins and until 1am. I'd much rather be a bit further out and comfortable than be in the village.

Very quiet and although no a/c, it cools off quickly in the evening. Bike Storage is VERY CROWDED!!

Overall experience was excellent, room was clean, communication was great, property was clean, room amendities were incredible really liked the washer/dryer was able to clean my clothes before I packed them to leave and the bbq was an added bonus. Will definitely be recommending this lodge to my friends/family.

Loved everything about this property. The only downfall was that in our unit the bathroom sink smelled so musty!! The tub drain was partially plugged so had to stand in water while showering, which led to a ring around the tub. Which was not pleasant.

We only spent two nights here but wish we had longer! Clean condo, easy check-in, super close to trails and the village and a great pool and hot tub area. We will be back for sure!

Nice to have a little kitchen, but there is no salt and pepper and pots are old.. bed is a pull down bed, couch bed can not be pulled out. Not comfortable . No service people during weekend. Ok for the price.

Our stay was very good, except neighbours above our unit left their dog barking and barking. We could get no response when trying to contact theses same neighbour's however when I complained management's response was immediate and appropriate. And the barking stopped! Thank you!
