Overall, the property was great. Our room was nicely furnished; TV was little old but besides that it was terrific. There was a jet bath tub thing next to our bed which I found a little odd at first but the simple transition between bed and bath was great fun while also watching TV. The surrounding area was great. It's pretty much in the middle of Whistler Village so it was close to everything and anything would probably be in walking distance. The only downside was that parking was an absolute pain to park in if you are lucky enough to even find a spot.

Hotel was fine but old, it was clean and they have quick response for any needs. But disclose all your needs before paying otherwise you will see so many hidden charges things such as paid parking additional cost per person entry.

Clean hotel but most uncomfortable bed!
We stayed 2 nights on our vacation. The hotel's location is great - just on the outskirt of the village - it's quiet at night. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our biggest complaint - THE BED! We had 2 horrible nights sleep due to the bed and bedding. The bed itself was supposed to be a queen size bed but I'm pretty sure it was only a full size (slightly smaller) but still ok... the mattress - UGH! The hardest mattress EVER for a nice hotel - we may as well have slept on the floor - it was that hard. Then there was the duvet... I can only shake my head... the duvet was lumpy and provided no comfort at all. The filling had all lumped to the outside of the duvet causing it to fall off the bed either at the bottom or to one side all night long. We were determined not to let the bed/bedding ruin our time in Whistler, but we will never stay at this hotel again.
