Perfect spot
The Ocean Promenade is in a great location; it's very quiet. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My only negative is the parking garage. While it is terrific that there is a covered garage, it is a little tight, especially when others park on the lines (of course, that is not the hotel's fault). Love it here and will be back.

I liked the location. I didnt like the configuration of the room we stayed in because you had to go through the hotel then go outside and then there is people having to walk by our windows, so had to keep them shut. If i stay again I'll ask for a different room.

My favourite hotel in the area
I stay here several times a year. I have never had a disappointing stay. Note that the smaller rooms (no kitchen) do not have a microwave, which I miss. The kitchenette suites are well-equipped and fabulous to stay in. Great value, best hotel in the general White Rock S. Surrey area, in my opinion. Secure parking is additional charge. The beach is right across the street.

Can’t say enough about our very positive experience at this property. The suite had 2 bathrooms which was so handy and the kitchen was well stocked. We prepared dinner in on the first night and all that we needed was there. Beds were very comfortable and we loved having the cozy fireplace. Can’t wait to return in the summer and enjoy the deck and view! Highly recommend. 👍

The suites are fabulous and the daily maid service is excellent. Nothing more you could ask for in the suite. Unfortunately the all night loud trains and crossing warning beeping made it impossible to get a good nights rest. Bring ear plugs

The rooms/suites are beautiful and almost like spacious, small condos. You are definitely getting value for your money if you don’t care about about swimming pools or going to a gym. The ocean is just across the street!
