The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and did a great job accommodating us, even with our last-minute reservation. We decided to stay a day later, and management was very understanding and patient while I made arrangements to pay for the 3rd night. This has always been my favorite place to stay in Kalispell, since when I used to live here I'd always go swimming there when my family came to town to visit & had a room here. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!!!

We stayed at this motel for three nights. The rooms were extremely old and small and had bed bugs. The staff was very rude, went to reception and asked for a towel and the lady rolled her eyes at me twice! Morning staff guy at reception was slamming the desk and walls talking to himself. Mattresses are old and too soft. Smells of old in the hallways. I would not recommend this motel. If on a buget go elsewhere. I am not a fussy person when I travel but this was really bad.

Overall a good budget option. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was extremely soft. Next door room ran TV 24/7; walls are paper thin even though they are painted sinter blocks. Door closures are jarringly loud.

Don’t let the modest exterior fool you, this hotel was fantastic for a 2 star accommodation. It was very clean, linens and beds were comfortable, and the price was excellent. If you are looking for cost effective but clean, safe, and convenient, aero inn is perfect.

Comfortable and safe stay
I had a good stay at Aero Inn. The service was friendly, Purby & Andrew at the desk were helpful. The room was spacious, providing everything I needed. The overall experience was positive, though the breakfast options were a bit limited. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

I stayed here one night. It was fine and then my wife accidentally booked me for a second night. When we tried to cancel it within minutes, we found that no one answers the phone and we got charged for the second night. We never stayed there the second night.

The staff was very rude and the rooms were extremely over priced. The bedding and bed itself was awful. There breakfast is just bagels and cereal which yes is better than nothing but not a real breakfast you would expect when being at a hotel.
