The perfect spot
We loved this beautiful rental! It was right on a public dock with river access and a three minute walk to town. The patio is beautiful (and shaded in the afternoon). We would absolutely stay here again!

Whitefish golf trip
Wonderful property and location. Easy to access locked outer door and the condo door. Perfect spot for quick access downtown. If going to WF to play golf, highly recommend Whitefish Golf Club North Course. If traveling with a group, bring earplugs if going to bed before the rest of the group. Walls not sound proof. This property is first class and I would definitely rent again. 5 stars for sure.

Best rental in Whitefish!
My Husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing! The house was just like the listing, had all smart TVs, and beautiful views. We were always a 5 min walk for anywhere in town and would definitely stay here again!

Nice Loft with Views
This is a very nice property with a balcony and views of the mountains and downtown. The loft is spacious and modern. The location is great to walk to downtown Whitefish. My only complaints are with the management company. The main issue we had was with the front door not locking as well as the balcony door would not lock. This was reported on our 2nd day there and they supposedly fixed it, but we continued to have issues. It would take multiple tries to get it to lock if it ever did. The balcony door was never fixed but that proved to be a plus as the last night of our stay we could not get the front door to unlock. We contacted Vacasa who was no help and referred us to someone else who was no help and said they would get back to us. I myself have 3 ST Rentals and I can unlock someone door remotely within minutes. Not sure why they could not do that. Back to the story. The guy in the unit next door stepped out and asked if we needed help. We told him we were locked out. He told us he could climb over to our balcony and come through and unlock it from the inside. Not very comforting to know, but we took him up on it so we could get in our unit. There were smaller issues, the place was very dusty, the ventihood was greasy & dusty, salt & pepper shakers had greasy handprints on them, 1 of the 3 wine glasses in the cabinet was cracked and a drinking glass in cabinet was chipped. Both bedspreads in the twin bed room had stains on them. I cannot recommend this place until management improves.

Ripped off
Upon a late-night arrival discovered that the elevator was out of service, causing us to climb stairs with luggage to 3rd floor. I had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks before making this very painful and nearly impossible to navigate and had picked this property due to the elevator option. We contacted management the next morning and we were given a refund for the remaining 3 nights, but not any of the other fees charged. This amounted to an extra cost that almost tripled the cost of our one-night stay. On top of this, management informed me that the elevator had been out of service for some time and that the HOA was having problems getting repairs completed. I asked why they had not notified incoming guests and they stated that this could deter rentals and they were not sure when this would be repaired. Needless to say I will be steering clear of Vacasa properties in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Open floor plan, fresh, clean and airy. A/C a plus! Great location for walking around this cute, trendy little town. A little noisy with the various large drive by vehicles. If you like trains, they whistle. AMTRAK station in town.

Close to everything…
Nice residence, in close walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and shopping. Building and condo both appear to be recent construction, probably within the last couple years. Property was clean and well maintained. Only issue we had was the internet seems to be very unpredictable. We did not spend much time in the condo so it was not an issue, but could have been frustrating had you wanted to use the internet. I did not contact property management regarding the prob, so this could have been something I was missing or doing wrong.
