I have stayed at this property years ago, but this stay was not great. First I was assigned a room that only had one king bed instead of two queens. Someone forgot to clean the bathtub, so had to go back to the front and changed rooms. The second room was not much better. Bathroom floor had black hair all over it, I went ahead and cleaned the entire floor with disinfectant wipes I had I. The following morning breakfast was simply not good. I'm a simple person, but staying at this location I would just not recommend. It needs a lot of updates and for sure better cleaning staff.

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Unless you want to a pay more, you can I'd suggest staying here. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice with a good shower.

The Comfort Inn & Suites was a good location for a one night stay for a wedding. It was a bit outdated, but overall was fine. I did think it was a bit closer to the airport. It was quiet however and worked well for my needs.

There is nowhere online that states the airport shuttle is certain hours. I called before hand to ask if it ran that early and was told it did. But when I checked in and asked for a shuttle the guy says oh we don’t do that. I said well I called and asked, so he showed me a sign on the front desk that states such, to which I replied sir how can I read that at my house when booking a hotel. So I had to get a Lyft for a 4 min ride to the airport. Also my lift driver asked if the hotel had reimbursed me for the ride since they don’t have a shuttle that early! I said no they hadn’t and asked why? He stated that all rides he has given from this hotel had gotten reimbursed. So I guess they also pick and choose who they reimburse.

Our 1st night was good but the air conditioner wasn’t working. We reported it the next day and they checked it right away. When found to not be working they moved us to a new room right away. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice but couldn’t stay long due to the strong smell of chlorine.

The location, staff and breakfast were top notch. Our room smelled really musty and moldy( think it’s the carpet) and the pool was very disappointing, too small and too much chlorine. Our grandsons said they didn’t want to go back in the water because the water was spicy on their tongue and it was too cold.

Slow drain in bathtub. Reported it twice and very much appreciate the evening shift staff was good to make sure the facilities crew fixed this before they went home. would have liked breakfast to have had meat as an option each day but only was on Friday. Otherwise was fine.

The hotel room was large and had comfortable beds. Most of the staff were great except one woman at the front desk told me I needed to hurry up and check out, and when I told her that I was there another night she told me I was wrong at first until she looked at my reservation. Pool is very shallow and needs cleaned. Otherwise a nice stay
