Horrible Stay
We went to check in and were told that the room they reserved for us that the air conditioner didn't get any cooler than 86 degree we asked about another room and was told that they didn't have any air conditioners in the other rooms. We had to spend money we really didn't have to spend but we had to so we could stay somewhat cool. Then we didn't have a remote for the tv so we had to go ask for a remote then it took forever to get the tv to work and then we couldn't get the remote to change channels. We got ready. Then we got ready to take a shower and the water didn't work so the only thing I can say good about the hotel is it was clean. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel

The a/a don’t work leak water and was wet the carpet. I report the first day and they only bring towel to dry the carpet never help. I ask for another room and they said the a/c don’t work in the rooms. Bad bad

The air conditioning didn’t work it was always hot in the room the floors had dog hair all over it and smelled terrible the tv didn’t have a power cord the microwave didn’t work the toilet wasn’t working unless you took the back off

We reserved a room specifically to meet up with another family from out of state who also reserved a room. It was supposed to be non-smoking. When we went in, it smelled of smoke and dirty animals, had cigarette burns all over the bedspread, broken ceiling tiles about shower, was dirty, no shampoo or conditioner provided. Our friends went to check in and were told although they reserved a room, none were available. We all had to find a different hotel since our entire plan from traveling out of state was to stay together. I was denied a refund. Not fair that they didn't honor someone else's reservation, yet I'm bound by mine. We were relieved we needed to find somewhere else, the room was nasty. One of our keys didn't work either.

Long way from home
I was unable to check in earlier, and upon standard check in time the only option available was 2 rooms with no Air conditioning on a 113 F day! I have yet to hear back from the hotel on any level concerning these discrepancies as well as a financial resolution to reimburse or make things right! I booked on the the 31st, I refused to stay at this branch and it's management according to the circumstances.

I show up to check in and the properties staff informs me that the room I reserved and already paid for doesn’t have air conditioning. We are in the midst of a bad heatwave so it wouldn’t have even been safe to stay. I contacted hotels.com to get a refund but they were not helpful at all. Still haven’t heard back either. This will most likely be the last time I use this app

Place should not exist!!!!
Very nasty flies and dingy linen and towels broken air conditioner.Didnt get the room or hotel I paid for. the hotel we got was days inn 550 South Florence Wichita Kansas 67209 it was purely disgusting and on top they gave me a king size bed instead of my double that I paid for and charged me the exact same price as the double which was higher and my first day there was dried blood on the sheets

The room I was in got flooded the day before and the bathroom was destroyed Mitch metal and ceiling pieces. The floors were soaking wet and smelled like mildew extremely bad. They set up a huge fan to blow hot smelly air around my room while I was trying to sleep. I couldn’t take any shower whatsoever.

We wasn't able to cancel, hotels.com saidbthey had 4 rooms when infact there was only 1 room and it just so happened that this room had no air conditioning and they wasn't comfortable renting it. So we slept in our car
