The hotel is being remodeled. The rooms are decent and clean. The ceiling is stained, carpet torn on the stairs and the elevator was dirty. In addition there is a single working elevator on property that is out of inspection and hold only 2 people.

Price was perfect! The MOST important 3 things in any hotel is a comfortable bed; like this one. The area around the front door needs inspected/walked and picked up at least every 12 hours. The fitness center is great and better than most including the Courtyard in KCMO.

I travel a lot for work, and although this chain is not on my travel roster I prefer staying here when in town for the location but mainly for the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. The breakfast is better than most as well with slightly different options, ex), is turkey sausage, which is a better alternative, and every time the food is at correct temperature and the area is spotless. (I am a Market Manager in the retail food industry so this is highly important to me)!! Thank you

It was a good place to stay. Very close to the airport & shopping. Staff was very nice. My only complaint was the TV remote batteries died on us & had to figure out how to manually shut it off. Also the TV reception was a bit weird. We could watch a show but it was cutting out occasionally. Nice remodel too.
