I paid extra for a room with a sofa so we would be more comfortable watching football & there wasn’t one in our room. I asked for the extra money & she told me to take snacks which I refused. I want the extra I paid refunded!

Convenient location
Just an overnight while visiting family in town. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and because it was a week night, the place was quiet. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were tasty.

Open during construction?
First room had exposed wires, missing furniture and TV and stains on the carpet. They moved us to a different room which was better but still had exposed wires. After the room was cleaned during our stay they forgot to leave an entire set of towels.

Good But Not Great
We stayed for 4 days in April 2024 for a family reunion in the area. This hotel seems fairly typical of what I would expect for the brand & price range which is a notch or two better than your average hotel room. We ended up getting a better price because the room we reserved was not available when we arrived. Nothing really bad and nothing particularly exceptional, though the room was spacious and the bed reasonably comfortable. Cleanliness was pretty good, the heating/cooling unit worked fine, and the location was only a short distance to Walmart and fast food. They were doing renovations when we arrived, but this didn't really hamper our stay. Our only real complaint is that the maids came into our room to do room service even though we left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, which was quite strange. Food was decent but I would not want to eat breakfast here for more than a few days as there was not much variety. All in all I think a solid 4 out of 5 is fair.
