This was just quick overnight while traveling through Wichita on the way to Dallas. The hotel is dated. Otherwise it was an ok property. At check in the clerk took my card to run it to cover incidentals. She had me tap my card 3 times, as after each transaction she got some kind of "fail" message. She gave us a room key and told us she would check into the issue. She said she did not think it was my card. I went down later to see if the issue was resolved. It was not, so we tried running the card again. It appeared to work and the she said it failed again. I went back up to my room and got online to my credit card site. I could see all 4 transactions on my credit card site as pending charges. A short time later the employee called my room and said she had resolved the issue. No explanation. The room was ok, just not an overall welcoming experience

Older, but still okay.
Little bit older property, but still pretty clean and well kept. Krystal at the front desk was fielding the rush of people who didn't have a reservation when we got there. She did a great job of having people just show up. The room was nice enough, but the only chair was trapped in the corner beside the bed. That made it hard to do anything at the desk, maybe another chair would be good. Toilet tank lid was busted and glued back together, not a surprise from the looks of the walk-ins. Overall a good stay.

This hotel was easy to get anywhere from. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at this hotel is one of the better free breakfasts we've had. The pool was open until 11 which was later than any hotel we've stayed at and the kids enjoyed it. It was just big enough to be able to let off some energy and wasn't busy. We really enjoyed the stay here. They even had cookies out in the evenings! We had zero issues during our stay and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall was good but due to staffing issues, did not have housekeeping. Had to go get towels from the front desk due to the room not getting housekeeping and bed was only made 1 day out of 7 we were there.

Paid for the room which was 2 queen beds on Expedia when we arrived they informed me they gave me my room away. How do you give the room away when I had already paid for it. So we had a king bed instead. Not happy why pay for what you want and they just give it away. Room was clean, bathroom clean, breakfast was ok. They were out of some food. Looked like they weren’t prepared for more people
