We got in at 9pm and checked out at 720am the next day. We were just there for an early medical appt. While staff was great and everything seemed clean. I did not sleep at alllllll due to the loud rattling air conditioner and the loud mini fridge and even worse…random LOUD bangs coming from the neighboring room. 6 times from 3am to 5am. Loud enough it shook the wall and woke my very heavy sleeper sister. Fortunately my 3 year old only stirred and didn’t wake.

Our room was not ready when we checked in but the front desk clerk was apologetic and made sure it was clean by the time we return from dinner. She checked to verify it was clean and finished checking us in.

Safe and comfortable.
We had a great stay at Tru. They had a pool table and games in the lobby- my son loved that! Breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable and it’s in a safe area with restaurants and activities in walking distance! Next time though, I will bring my own pillow. I used 3 and they were still so flat haha- but that’s personal preference, I know some people like them that way! We would definitely stay again.

The lobby was nice. Water bottle filler was great. My main issue was the bed. Very uncomfortable. Sheets and mattress pad felt very synthetic. Also, no one told me they wouldn’t make up the room. I like the bed made and the trash removed.
