Place was really nice but Friday night whoever beside us was having a party so we got no rest and we was the err for a big race in maize that we drove 10 hours too

The lobby was nice. Water bottle filler was great. My main issue was the bed. Very uncomfortable. Sheets and mattress pad felt very synthetic. Also, no one told me they wouldn’t make up the room. I like the bed made and the trash removed.

The property was clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient to local shopping and to WSU. Upon arrival, the staff member that checked us in was a bit rude, but he seemed a little frustrated(not sure). Overall, if staying in the area again, I would book at this location.

I do not have a single thing I can say positive about this hotel. The room looked clean but we you look closer you can see the dirt there was brown smudges on the bathroom wall!!!. We did not sleep all night becuse of the extremely loud AC that the staff refused to address or change our room. The hot breakfast is a joke because the person who taking care of the breakfast items was busy with his girlfriend even went out with her and stand outside to chat. I do not recommend this place to anyone, just find another place. By far the worst hotel experience ever, and I been in many hotells afrom five start to one start but none like this one.
