The first night we checked in wasn’t an issue. Staff was available and they were pleasant. Our second day we had to track down staff to help us. The lady went looking for the front desk clerk, she said he was probably outside smoking. After about 5 mins of searching for him he came to help us. He was very friendly but it was frustrating having to wait for him to come back inside. The stairs leading to the second level were very dirty. It looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Outside of these two issues our stay was nice. We will return if we go back to the area but hope the staff is available.
