Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom house located near Wigan! Our home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travellers looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay.
The house was refurbished in March 2023 and now features 3 bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. For longer stays, it may be possible to combine 2 beds to create a double. The house also has a modern bathroom with a bath, electric shower over the bath, wash basin, wc and electric towel radiator.
The living/dining room is the perfect place to relax after a long day, with a comfortable couch, wall mounted TV, and plenty of natural light through the patio doors leading to the rear garden. The newly fitted, compact kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm, with all the essential appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. Care has been taken to provide all the cookware and utensils needed to cook healthy meals.
Outside, you'll find a lovely garden, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The house is situated along a main road, with easy access to all the local amenities, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It is also just a short drive away from Wigan town centre, making it the perfect base for exploring all the area has to offer. In addition there is free street parking for 1 vehicle.
