Dear Debbie, Than you for your feedback! I am really sorry you found the mattress poor. The mattresses that we use in the rooms are up to company standard and our housekeeping staff regularly turn them around to avoid "dips". I will make sure I pass this message onto the department so they can investigate the issue. Regarding to the shower, they are lock on one temperature but you can press the button on the controller and turn it to regulate the water temperature.
