The hotel was nice. The elevator leaves much to be desired. It is old, very small and takes too long to go up just four flights. It’s actually scary riding in it. Staff was friendly and courteous. Pool area was very clean at all times. Shuttle service that was provided is a wonderful thing. Car can stayed parked at all times.

It was great but they’re still working out some kinks. Slow and tiny elevator was my biggest complaint. Well that and I just didn’t care for the constant pumping of music from the pool area, so loud that you could hear from your far away room. Felt like a younger vibe than I was prepared for. No chance for a quiet moment unless you went down to the beach. Loved the shuttle service. You can tell they’re really trying to please and I’m hopeful that they’ll continue to make it better and better.

The place is cute. The rooms are nice. The bathrooms are small. I didn’t like the loud sound of the fan in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Didn’t like the wake up music at 9am. The elevator is small and slow. Pool is not heated. Great place otherwise. I’ll return.

Loved the outdoor area, stayed in room 120 in the new building and there was a lot of mold behind the bed. We ended up getting a refund but it was extremely disappointing

Booked an ocean view double queen bed suite and was put in regular room. Asked if I could be moved and was given attitude from older woman at front desk and told I was given what I booked. Upon showing my receipt I was told it was Expedias mistake. Luckily another woman was able to step in and assist in moving us, however only one queen bed room was available so my husband had to sleep in pull out cot which was very uncomfortable. Pool was beautiful but dirty and seemed to be not skimmed in a few days with tons of bugs gathered in multiple corners. Very cute property but don’t think we’d stay again.

This was a great family friendly resort. The shuttle was very convenient although there was some wait. Also made our family vacation traveling with two other families so easy for beach activities, sitting around the fire pit, and morning breakfast on site. I only wish the pool was heated but aside from that, everything is amazing. Definitely worth the price. Plan on staying here again next year.

Bathroom was dirty. Pink and yellow slime all over the shower curtain bottom and the grout in between the shower tiles had a pink slime. Hole in the bathroom wall where a hook/fixture was. Bathroom had strong urine and chemical odor to it the entire time. Room was poorly put together with the bedside table screwed into the wall completely blocking the outlets. There is a large drop from the entrance into the room with no warning where we all tripped and fell. The music was so loud until 930 at night. Not ideal for a family with young kids. The elevator could only fit 4 people and was consistently getting stuck and was filthy. There was a dead bug on the floor in a pile of dirt in the elevator the entirety of our stay. The lack of a system for the shuttle was frustrating. There was no consistent pick up time or drop off time or pick up/drop off location. Plus minimal parking with an ENTIRE lot for only valet which people were not utilizing. The ONLY good thing about the hotel was the friendly and courteous staff who were always helpful and kind and went above and beyond.
