Cleanliness def. needs work. Opening the door, we were greeted with a "smell" that was moldy, musty, and gross. It remind me of what would happen if a young bachelor bought a stereotypical grandma's home and didn't know quite how to do the fixing up that was planned. Half the couch was missing, meaning that even the part there had cushions that slid. The floor was sticky. The outside trash was overflowing. We notified the owner of that, and the trash did seem to disappear, but I have no idea how, as I didn't hear anything about it. Communication was not great. There was no little binder of information or anything like we have become accustomed to. Walls were bare and scuffed. Very understocked. a handful or basics, but I think there were only like 4 sets of silverware. Luckily, there were only 4 of us.
Maybe this will be better once they get things sorted out, find a good cleaning crew, etc. but I will not be staying here again.
