Room had heavy smell of mildew and mold as soon as you enter room. No hot water in rooms. Worst hotel I ever stayed at, we were outside 95% of the time because room 303 was potent.

Place location is awesome, the only negative thing is that they don’t have private parking for their guests but offer $10/day pass parking for a parking lot that is next to the hotel. Room was beautiful it had a kitchen space with fridge and microwave and coffee maker available and free WiFi I would do my stay here again.

The name “city suites and beach” is inaccurate. There is no beach nearby except a dock with a small sandy area, accesible only through a doubtful alley about three blocks away. Super friendly staff, but limited amentities.

Property was clean and people were friendly but two things led me to the poor rating. 1) I paid for a partial ocean view room and there was no view at all. 2) I parked in the hotel garage, which said it was $10 a day. On the third day I found out that since I wasn’t using some special card, it was between $40 and $50 a day. No one mentioned this at check in.

Decent place to stay in town. All rooms only have 220v and they don’t have adapters for everyone. The girl at the reception was a sweetheart she found me two to use. No phones in the room to connect to the reception.

This hotel is located in a great part of the city center. The staff was friendly and the room had been nicely modernized, especially the bath and shower. Was only in Curacoa for 3 days, but this made for a nice stay
