Staff was amazing very nice very helpful but rooms needed cleaning. Several visible stains on the chairs, several dirty scuffs on the walls and too much rust along the bottom lining of the glass shower. Also elevator is extremely slow it’s faster to use the stairs

Location of property is Awesome! In the heart of Wilemstead Dining, happy hour bars and Shopping near by. The roof top restaurant and bar is beautiful and so much fun. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Anything that we needed additional was brought promptly up to our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We spent the first two evenings in a partial ocean view suite. Our last 2 evenings were in an ocean view suite with balcony. We had an awesome stay at the elements hotel.

I knew coming in that there was going to be construction, but it turned out to be no inconvenience. I was hoping that part of the construction was also to finish off the work in the rooms, hallway, etc. That was not the case. It's a shame because overall it's a nice hotel. One strange thing was the position of the shower head. They put it to face the shower curtain, so all the water ends up on the floor. If they replace that with a glass door, that could alleviate the problem, but I don't think the owners see this as important. They are also happy with the carpet being lumpy as it wasn't measured and installed properly. The actual food/drinks in the restaurants are nothing special. What is amazing about the hotel is the bed, pillows and staff. Every front desk staff person was happy, helpful, smiling, attentive, went above and beyond and that made all the difference. Special shout out to Armandi!

Our stay at Elements was wonderful. The staff was very warm, helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not included so we paid for it through Expedia and it was amazing! Walking distance to everything- to the Curaçao sign, the bridge, eating options, shopping. However, the hotel is under renovation so there are a lot of workmen on site... but that didn't bother us. All in all, Elements is a top pick if you're on a budget.

Overall a fantastic stay (the roof with pool is amazing) and the location is perfect. Our only issue was that we rented a car and were told there was plenty of parking available. The free parking lot in front is the parking lot that is available to everyone in town so finding a spot was very difficult. Be prepared to pay for hourly parking in the garage next door.

While the hotel has great potential to be the luxury hotel it purports itself to be, I would have preferred that they stated upfront that they were under construction. The all-inclusive breakfast was a served plate with the same items for three days everyday. While generally Curaçao is expensive, they were too high in price for the conditions of the hotel. The customer service representatives spoke as if they were trained by a drill sergeant.., was not pleased with this booking

From the moment we walked in the hotel i knew we made a great choice . The location was perfect . Lots of parking right infront of the hotel . Upon arrival the hotel felt warm and welcoming . Once at the front desk we were greeted and attended in seconds . The front desk agent was so friendly and her smile was contagious . The checking in procedure was quick and informative as she provide us with lots of information of the hotel and its surroundings . The room was modern , spacious and well kept . There is one issue that i think needs to be adressed its the fact that the bathroom door which is a sliding hanging door does not come to a complete closure. The opening space takes away privacy when using the bathroom . The pool area was beautiful . From now on every time i go to Curacao i am staying at this hotel . Travelled with friends and we all loved it .
