fantastische ligging

de ligging van het hotel is fantastisch frontdeskpersoneel behulpzaam, maar verder heeft de tijd al jaren op de kamers en het interieur stilgestaan!! Neem bijvoorbeeld de grote houten TV kast met zeer oude beeldbuis TV, waarvan AB zelden werkt, en meer sneeuw produceert in de tropen!! Slecht lopende wasbak zonder rooster bij afvoerputje, waardoor ik bijna kleine toiletspullen heb zien verdwijnen. Kamermeisjes worden boos als ze niet de kamer kunnen schoonmaken!! De ligging bij het centrum, de pontjesbrug, de markt en winkels, maakt heel veel goed.

Zentrale Lage, aber braucht eine Auffrischung

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal im Zentrum von Willemstad. Alle wichtigen Punkte mit einem kurzen Fussweg erreichbar. Freie Parkplätze stehen meist zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ist das Hotel fair ausgestattet, doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und würde auch eine bessere Pflege verdienen. An einem Morgen gab es kein Wasser, und die Informationen waren dürftig. Am nächsten Tag wurden keine Handtücher geliefert - auch nach Reklamation nicht. vorm Fenster lag Müll und wurde während der 4 Aufenthaltstage nicht beseitigt. Aufgrund dieser Mängel habe ich den Komfort von an sich "fair" auf "schwach" abgewertet.

Curacao 02/14

+ GREAT location in Punda, variety of foods can be found just around the corner (especially the Italian place when you take a right from the hotel, excellent food and great service!), nice little quiet beach nearby, famous Emma bridge around the other corner, walking distance to shops and Otrobanda, very quiet and peaceful place most of the time. We had two rooms and there was a door in between them so it could be opened up as a one big room - dirty windows you couldn't see through them, cleaning ladies would come when they wanted (Caribbean style I guess), and every other day there was a floor towel and every other day there wasn't. Expensive breakfast (15 USD), every Friday night quite loud disco / dj / band. Some of the staff were better at customer service than some other. In our other room there was no refrigerator nor tea making facilities even though they were the same price rooms ...but all and all an ok stay. You don't go to the Caribbean to spend time at the hotel room..

Hotel agréable!

Bon hotel qualité-prix! Les chambres sont propres, belle vue sur la ville et le personnel très gentil.
