Excellent stay. The buffet restaurant was outstanding and we enjoyed every meal. We loved the staff, they work extremely hard in all areas of the resort. Our room was great and the resort was kept very clean. The location was just minutes from downtown fun. We have travelled to many resorts and this property is absolutely top notch. We hope to return again in the future.

The view was amazing and the people were friendly. The only thing I would recommend is the food need to be hit and kept at a warmer temperature. The housekeepers staff was awesome and kind, they went out of their way to accommodate us with our needs

I had a great time at this resort! The rooms are soooo clean and modern! very spacious too! I love that we have access to the mangrove hotel as well so lots of options around the resort. The cafe I loved and went everyday for my latte. Staff is very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend the rif!

The stay was overall ok not too bad but not too impressive either. The staff weren’t always the friendliest and room service was kind of slow but were reliable enough for all of your needs. The pool was huge but I wish it was open longer, though I kind of understand for safety reasons given the 24/7 open bar lol. The buffet food was always fresh and delicious although I wish it was easier to get a res for the sister resort restaurants would have loved to try those. Overall I’d say this is a good place to stay if you want to spend more money on activities and souvenirs than food and lodging. I would stay here again.

The facilities and area were very nice and new. We did have a few issues with the service (tried ordering room service twice and never got it, took over a day for new towels, etc). We were only there a few days and we’re only able to get reservations at one restaurant on the property.

Grounds, rooms, Bars and restaurants are stunning, everything is truly a delight. The pool is nice and there is plenty of space for people to spread out and lounge, the kid pool area is vast and really close to the lounge chairs and main pool. Cleaning staff came in everyday and they are quick and friendly. Restaurants are really nice, only downside is that the reservation system that they have is not quite user friendly. there is a QR code that did not work and you have to book a day in advance. We where celebrating my father in laws 70th birthday and tried to make reservations to the BBQ, Italian and Mexican restaurants and where not successful, we explained our situation and later on they accommodated us to the Italian and mexican. The Italian restaurant was ok, the food decent, but the service was really lack luster. they forgot my father in laws dish and everything came in at random, and other tables that came in later ate before us, when we asked the server she mentioned that the kitchen was really busy. The buffet is really the way to go, they change cuisines and themes every night and the food selection was vast. Bar staff was good, some of them where not in a hurry and where a bit cold, but they pushed out drinks consistently, but for the most part everyone was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend the RIF side of this hotel.

The property is new and appealing, the staff is very friendly and the food is good. The reservation for many of the restaurants is a bit anoying because it is either always full or closed, I stayed 2 nights but could not go to any of the restaurants that require reservation. So try to reserve in advance

This was a nice resort. It was clean, good food options. Not a lot of variety but if you aren't a picky eater you would be fine. My only two complaints which are just first-world problems are that the Wi-Fi was weak when I was on YouTube trying to work out or if I did a video call it would drop if I stepped onto my deck. Second is the shower (at least in my room) the water will get all over the floor since there is no door for the shower. But put a towel down and you will be fine. They cleaned regularly and put new snacks down each time. And I love that check out was at 12. It's mostly adults but kids from the sister resort do come over but not often.

Except the unexpected
Honestly was worked due to the mixed reviews about service and construction but my experience was far from that! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was super quick and easy! Staff at the restaurants were very attentive, it is a bit more relaxed with seating so pick a table and someone will be over (Harbour restaurant). Overall everything was great! I would come back
