Was nice and clean but rooms were a bit noisy, could hear people down the hall and in the rooms above us all night/ early morning, hacking and coughing, and talking/fussing.

They charged more in deposits, that were not disclosed at any point during the reservation, than the amount of my actual stay. Will not be staying here again simply because of the hidden fees. Its absolutely ridiculous to pay a deposit equal to one nights stay plus an additional deposit for incidentals. Literally no other hotel I've stayed at charges for 3 nights when you're only staying for 2.

We stayed in their “penthouse suite”. What a great value! Large, comfortable suite with kitchen and dining area. Bathroom is very large with double sink and huge walk-in shower. It is the only room on the top floor and is very quiet. And depending on how one books the room, it is only $20-$50 more than standard room. But the room was the icing on the cake. Parking, breakfast, service, location and everything were above our expectations.

We had a really nice stay. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The room was kept clean and neat. It was well located for getting to both Jamestown and Yorktown, and actually walked to Colonial Williamsburg. The breakfast was good. Thank you!

Liked that it was convenient to Williamsburg, and places to eat. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Our room had a moldy smell from the freestanding closet. Had to get air fresheners to get through it. Loved the showerhead pressure. Good after a long day of walking at Williamsburg.

Friendly staff, spacious room and spotlessly clean everywhere. Everything looks like it has been updated beautifully and the price was very reasonable. It is also very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg and major highways.
