Mostly good experience! Great size space for the price. Inside the unit itself was very clean. Convenient location. However very little cooking utensils and common areas not maintained. Parking is scarce.

The check in process is a little bit time consuming. I wish it is shorter. First I had to wait in line and then I had to provide a lot of information. Greensprings Vacation Resort should asked me the address, email and other information ahead of time then it will make the check in process much faster.

I love the cleanliness and spaciousness of the units. The main foyers/stairways don't feel like you're entering an apartment or hotel, they feel like coming home. We love it so much we have stayed multiple times now. It is our go-to when we travel to the area. Conveniently located to multiple Williamsburg attractions, yet privately off the main drag.

We always enjoy Greensprings Resort. I tell everyone I know about how wonderful it is. Having Hilton own it now is probably just a bonus! I have yet to see if they up the prices but I have always enjoyed Hilton in the past also. The unit is as large as my own home and it is able to have 6 people stay without too much trouble. Thanks again Greensprings for a great time. It is always quiet times just hearing nature.

Appreciated the early check in since we arrived early. Staff was friendly and respected my wishes of avoiding the sales pitch lol. Our disappointment was related more to our room itself as it appears we were put into an older unit. Mostly minor things like no working ice maker in fridge, moss growth taking over the balcony as well as several rusty nails on the floor of balcony, cabinet doors that are not far from coming off etc. that i had higher expectations for given previous visits.

Exactly what I needed.
Greensprings offers spacious apartments that are both quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a larger group. The tub in our master bath was amazing. I am already planning my next visit. Giventhe reasonable prices, I hVe no need to stay anywhere else.
