Always a great stay!
This has become our “go to” hotel when we visit Busch Gardens. It is a consistently clean, well-kept property. The rooms are quiet & comfortable. The pool area & workout room are nice as well. The employees are always friendly & very helpful, whether at the front desk, housekeeping or restaurant. Over the years, we’ve tried other hotels in this area, but we keep coming back to this one…

We came here for the shopping and Busch Gardens Christmas Town and had a great time. The Bartender was awesome. All the staff was. The food was very good as well! I will return.

Property does not have hours until 10 A.M for the breakfast I paid for. They close at 9:30 for breakfast, listing 10 online. The breakfast I paid for I did not get. Furthermore, they charge a $50 security deposit. 3.5 weeks after my stay they are still holding my money on the security deposit as pending. They have never released my money back to me.
