The arcade room at Kingsgate is something special- it’s totally free to enter and you’ll have access to tons of games, including xbox and wii game systems.
You’ll love the onsite mini movie theater that shows films throughout the week.
This resort features an adults-only pool, and indoor and outdoor pools with a hot tub.

The Three Bedroom Lock Off Suite combines the One Bedroom Suite with the 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite through an interior door. Guests will enjoy two kitchens, two living areas, three bedrooms, two full-size sleeper sofas, and three bathrooms with this combination.

A mandatory $7.00 daily fee per suite. Our $7 per night resort fee allows us to offer numerous amenities including: Premium WiFi for unlimited Devices ($50 weekly value), Unlimited use of arcades, Gas Grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, Movies in our Theater, Popcorn while watching a movie in our theater, Mini Golf and Tennis, and kid's activities.

As this is a timeshare property, you may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting or timeshare tour. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. As our guest, you are in no way obligated to attend these meetings. Please be aware that any fees or costs associated with your voluntary participation is at your sole discretion and responsibility.
Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.
A major credit card is required for a $250 refundable security deposit at check-in. Incidentals which are incurred during your stay (including dining, transportation, golf, or other services) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Any additional resort fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
The resort does their very best to ensure the suites are ready for check-in by 4 pm or earlier. However, sometimes housekeeping delays do occur. In these instances, the resort is happy to complete the check-in paperwork and store your luggage so you can relax and begin using the amenities. We are not able to offer compensation or refunds related to check-in delays.
