Noisy group staying at property…children laughing and carrying on until 2:30 am with no adult intervention…indoor pool was supposed to be open until 9:00 pm…door to pool was found locked at 7:30 pm…next night pool access was denied due to chlorine levels…noted ants crawling around on table in room.

Excellent location at reasonable price
Very limited choice of lodgings when visiting UCONN so we were very pleased at the price and very convenient short drive to UCONN. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and very clean with available towels and much appreciated. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Only negative was very, very limited breakfast, no hot items or microwave but pastries were delicious..

Room had dirty carpet and smelled like a combination of mildew and urine. Dirty wall air conditioner that was extremely loud and insufficient. Room was dark and WiFi didn’t work in the room we were in. Requested a change in room which couldn’t be accommodated. Only positive was location to UCONN. Would never go back.

Everything about the room met our expectations. It was clean and met our needs for a one night stay. The breakfast option were underwhelming. I still would chose to stay here again but the next time I would know to get breakfast someplace else.

It appears to be very nice. The door cards had to be changed 3 times for a 3 day stay as they were not programmed properly. Booked 2 rooms part of a larger party but they split us up and away from the group. The oldest went upstairs farthest away. Very poor logistics skills. The breakfast flat sucked.

Very pleasant welcome at arrival. Clean facilities and room. Very quiet. Parking was a bit challenging, as I had to do a 12 point turn with guidance to get out of my spot, so park wisely. And the hot tub, while clean, we could only stay in for 5 minutes because the chlorine was so strong the vapors burned our eyes (but I can't say it wasn't clean!) My daughter goes to UCONN Storrs and it was a great location. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was conveniently located close to UConn and was clean enough. Breakfast was just prepackaged pastries, no hot foods, so I only had coffee. Room and hallway both had an odd smell. Overall the hotel is nothing fancy but certainly adequate for an overnight stay.

Clean comfy beds but our room in Building 4 first floor smelled like a wet basement, very musty odor despite the rugs looking new and some updates. Slept with window open all night. Too bad because very convenient to UConn, & good restaurant next door.
