Welcome to the gorgeous and clean rental, perfect for a large family, several traveling friends, or co-workers on a temporary job. The property is located just minutes from the heart of downtown Wilmington, close to all the restaurants and activities from breweries, concerts, and special events. The decor is bright and airy and exudes comfort on all levels. Enjoy this home with your friends and family!

The house features an open floor plan in the main living areas. You enter into the cozy living room with comfortable couches and plenty of seating space. That leads into the dining room that can seat at least 6. The front bedroom has 2 twin beds. The middle bedroom has a queen and a twin. The primary bedroom is located at the back of the house and has a king size bed. All bedrooms have large closets so there is plenty of space to store your things during your stay. The living room also has a sleeper sofa if you need to additional sleeping arrangements.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and driveway for parking. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

This home has been nicely updated in a neighborhood that seems to be in transition, in a positive way. We walked the neighborhood and all the people we met were very friendly. The restaurants and shops in the Front Street/Boardwalk area are only 1 mile away. Our property manager responded promptly to our questions.

Overall I was happy and so was my group. The only complaints that we really had were the beds aren't that comfortable and there were a few roaches. We loved the air conditioner especially after a hot day at the beach. We loved that there is free parking on site. Not far from grocery stores. Over all I would rent this home again.

Property was well maintained and process for checking in and out was smooth. Overall location was not the most desirable in terms of the neighborhood, adjoining properties were run down and seemed overcrowded and proximity to downtown was farther than expected
