The mean lady wasn’t working last night she works days so I was happy to not see the white haired lady at the front desk. Last time she threatened to call police on me twice for no reason. Truly no reason. Unnecessary. The girl last night was amazing and I was relieved.

I have never writing a review however this one has left me with no choice. I can’t even begin to describe the horrendous condition this hotel is in. As soon as you walk in, it hit you with the strongest marijuana odor ever. The odor is in the lobby, elevator and hallways. Once we got to the room the door would not open and then once we did get in the door would not lock we did not feel safe at all. The worst was the room itself I wish I could post the video and pictures of the condition of the room. Not clean or hygienic at all and what disgusted us the most was the blood all over the bathroom sprayed on the walls and ceiling and yes it was blood unmistakably.i have nothing else to say other then run god only know what else we could of had found.

Friendly staff but not a nice place to stay.

We had a family member in Hospice at the local hospital and booked a room for 2 days. We chose this hotel because of affordability. We did not expect a high end hotel but the rooms were run down and not comfortable at all. I do feel they were cleaned as best as they could be but there were cigarette burns on the sheets, floor and toilet. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were kind and friendly and I almost feel bad leaving a bad review however I did not feel safe in this hotel. There were people hanging around in the parking lot everywhere and very small Kids were running around unsupervised. We stayed for about an hour then booked a room across the street where we felt safer.

The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help fix the issues. The bed sheet and blanket had burn holes in them. The front desk clerk did bring us new sheets. The stove area in the room was dirty, as was the area under the sink in the bathroom. The hotel was completely booked so we could not switch rooms.

The young lady who checked us in was fantastic. She said that the room we requested was unavailable and she walked us through the options till we were satisfied. On our way to our room, we noticed the condition of the facility was poor. Rugs were filthy, doors and door knobs in disrepair, and an musty, moldy odor was dominant. When we entered our room, it was damp and smelled like a basement. The surfaces of the counter and dresser were damp to the touch. We ended up just leaving the hotel and staying somewhere else. It also looked like there more than a few rooms that wee the permanent residence of families.

Not a well maintained property. Halls are dark and smell of smoke. Room was not completely awful but not well cleaned, especially the bathroom. Noisy - I think there must be some people being put up here by the gov’t.

What a DUMP!

Made reservation months in advance. Didn't have my room ready for me. Reception was no where to found at first arrival. Traveled 3hrs with 3 month old and after a 15minute wait for someone to speak to, the lady was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. Blaming it on the morning crew and couldn't care less about not having my original reservation. Just a terrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone and actually advised HOTEL.com to take them off of their site. This place is a dump and I'm actually glad I didn't stay. Thank you for being such an overall dump.
