The hotel is very old. There are two floors but no elevator, we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. The floor in the room was brown dirty looking vinyl. The bathroom sink was useless, very low water pressure and no plug for the basin, we used a washcloth to plug the sink so nothing fell down the drain. The dining area was okay but the employee there was very loud and sat talking with some customers during service. Not going back there again…

Staff was very unprofessional. Fridge did not work. TV did not work and hotel had no interest in accommodating for THEIR mishaps. A lesson learned. We will never stay here again and clearly you get what you pay for.

Overall all my needs were met and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortably furnished. Breakfast lacked a little but I didn’t leave hungry. Monday night they have an oldies night with a DJ. I enjoyed the dancers. I had a couple drinks beers and dinner which was awesome and affordable.

the room were fairly clean, not accessible for disabled, no elevator which not safe for elderly or someone with knee problem, there was no enough waffle maker during breakfast we had to wait on the line for 25 minutes. staff had attitude during breakfast hours. refundable 50 dollar when booking was not mentioned . yes it is refundable but it needs to be clear so that people can know incase someone paid for your stay .

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. First of all when I went to check in I have to wait 20 minutes because there was no one at the desk and I kept ringing the bell and no one came. The bed sheet was dirty, the water in the shower did go down, the phone in the room didn’t work. We went to speak to the front desk and no one came to fix or clean anything. The next morning I went an again to the front desk and they said they will send someone, when he came I don’t know what he did and then he said it’s fix. When we went to shower same thing with the water not going down in the shower. The breakfast was crap, they had nothing much. All they had was cereal, oatmeal packets, watery eggs and cold coffee. Please please do not book at the hotel. It’s crap
