At 9 am day of check out knock on the door for service when we were sleeping again at 11 am knock on the door some guy telling us its check out time. Its clear that this property does not appreciate its guests. They just want you to get the hell out. It's a total shame never again red roof inn

I requested a non-smoking room yet when I got into the room the entire room smelled like smoke the upholstery smell like smoke I had to wipe down with sanitary cloth it was Dusty and hard to breathe. When brought to the attention of the front desk I was ignored and my complaint was not taken seriously.

Worth the money.
We were bit skeptical about the stay after reading the reviews. But for one night stay it wasn't bad. We were checked in by very friendly duo at reception desk and they upgraded us to suite without asking. They also assured us the parking is very safe for our car. The room was not bad, bed was comfortable, linens clean, the towels were nice smelling and clean. The room in general showed wear and tear but then we didn't pay top dollars for this one. The parking lot was very well lit so some of the reviews regarding car unsafe wasn't true. I think it was worth the money.
