Beautiful place, area, and views! Restaurant was lacking as were options in the immediate area, but Wilmington had nice choices, and of course the room gad a kitchen. Biggest issue was I left items behind and immediately (w/in 30 min of checking out) contacted them. Responses were slow or not at all. I did eventually get my items back but one of a few messages that went ignored was my request for shipping/tracking info, eta. Never heard back. But again, I did receive my items. Just, being ignored is never good and very unprofessional. Front desk staff was great. Restaurant staff too, the food just wasn’t. Grandkids didn’t even like it. Only went there once for dinner and never went back. Tried once for breakfast but they opened too late (8 or 9).

Excellently run facility. Liked everything about the stay except... The TV(s) were impossible to work with. Multiple remotes and minimal channel selection made viewing a bummer. Even that negative couldn't overshadow all the other superlatives.

Front door entrance broken whole visit, hot tub jets broken 2 days. Unit floor very dirty and dusty throughout. Left understocked...had to buy paper towels and kleenex and go to desk for TP. Running upstairs late and very early, all unit doors slammed continually. The view saved the visit, but I wouldnt stay here again. Painting pool area whole time and left a mess.

The staff at the front desk were very rude and inconsiderate. It felt like we were inconveniencing them and didn’t want to help. That alone will be the reason we’ll never stay there again. Which is sad because we liked everything else.

The resort is right on the beach, so views are excellent. We were there in the off season, so the beach was not crowded and nice to walk on and relax. This place was built decades ago, and it shows. Since it's on the beach, salty air takes its toll. Our door was rusty, not something you want to see for your first impression. The room was great for its size but needs to be updated. Beds full size, not queens, sofa sleep is very old and worn. Table and chairs old and worn, cheap patio furniture, and no cleaning supplies, yet they want you to clean up before you go. We get it, it's a condotel, but a nice resort on the beach should be a little more up to date than this place. Very reasonable pricing though, for the off season. Breakfast is not included, but available if you want to wait until 8am for it. Very limited hours for the restaurant, and it was very overpriced. Breakfast for two adults and two kids under 10 shouldn't cost $100 plus tip. Waitress was very nice and helpful though. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. And like most places these days, no housekeeping until the 3rd or 4th day. That needs to change. I get it, hotels are understaffed like all places these days, but the least you can do is offer fresh towels every day. I don't care about the beds being made or trash being taken out. However, it seems like most hotels are also going to cheaper, smaller, (easier to clean I suppose) towels, so at least change them out daily. Did not swim in either pool.

We checked in very late (2am) but the girl at the desk was completely rude and unfriendly. We got to our room and didn’t have blankets for the sofa bed and only two towels. We called the desk and she said “you need to come and get them.” Our room was right by the parking structure so we heard beeping constantly since the bedroom was on that side. And even though it is a smoke free facility, we could not use our balcony on the second floor because there were people constantly smoking below us.

I was a little nervous about the stay before we arrived since some of the reviews weren’t all that great. I was pleasantly surprised! Though the unit was small and there’s no oven in the kitchen for cooking (there is a two burner stovetop and a microwave) it was perfect for the two of us for the 5 nights we stayed. Cute, beachy feel. Comfortable beds. Amazing views. Pleasant and helpful staff. Easy parking. Quiet & peaceful beach. I’d return without hesitation.

The property was located in a perfect spot. Every room has an ocean view that is stunning. Rooms are nice, big, comfortable with free wifi and cable. Parking deck is convenient. The dining options are close by and delicious.
