Service and hospitality were excellent. Rooms were clean. My only issue is that the hotel has air freshener throughout. It's a subtle smell but irritated my sinuses and lungs. This is not the first hotel that has started doing this and I am unhappy that it has become a trend in hotel establishments.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff here. We ended up staying for almost a week and each and every member of the staff were beyond friendly as well as happy. I highly recommend skipping the beach hotels and stay here and drive to the beach.

The breakfast was by far the worst. I would never consider staying at a Tru again. Ice buckets leaked all over countertop. I always pick Hilton over all other brands, but this one was not thought out completely.

The stay was fine, I was disappointed in housekeeping though. We stayed for three nights and housekeeping did not come clean any day. We had to call the front desk just to get fresh towels and wash cloths. Other than that the day was fine.

Great Find!
We found ourselves at Tru due to unfortunate circumstances. We had a death in the family. We had no time to arrange for our pet sitter to take care of our beautiful Springer Spaniel boy. Tru welcomed us with smiling faces and cheerfulness. The hotel is immaculate! The vibe is fun and energetic. The room was big, with very comfortable beds, sheets, pillows and big towels. We will return!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is brand new. We found the bed comfortable, the room got cool quickly, and the hot water in the shower got hot fast!
