Very small rooms for the price. Pillows where too soft and uncomfortable. Ended up having a neck pain. No bar soap . Helps people who have handicapped conditions. No laundry bag provided Bagels were stale and very limited . Orange juice dispensed just water

Located in good area. Lobby has 24 hr coffee. Staff accommodating and friendly. Good restaurants nearby. Only shortcoming was there was not any coffee pot in room but could get coffee in lobby.

Love it here!
I love Tru by Hilton hotels! They’re so cute and comfortable, and the staff is always amazing and friendly and helpful. It’s also a dog-friendly hotel and my dog is always so comfortable there too! Plus, they provide a list of things like close pet stores, nearby emergency vets, and pet-friendly restaurants when you check in. Super nice!

How nice of a place
Very nice and clean place. The breakfast was a normal cold bar breakfast. But they did offer coffee, tea, hot cocoa around the clock for free which was really nice. The showers had good pressure and the water got hot very quickly.
