A few minutes walk from the beautiful expanses of Winchelsea beach, this holiday home is in a peaceful spot on Meadow View, Winchelsea Sands. Free use of heated swimming pool, children’s play area, bar & restaurant. Laundry facilities are available for guests use.
The comfortable two bedroom holiday home is newly furnished & well fitted out for all guests holiday needs.
The historic town of Rye is nearby with lots of pubs, restaurants & bars. Also close by is the beautiful sandy beach at Camber and Rye Nature Reserve.
This modern comfortable holiday home sleeps 6, is newly fitted out & is very well equipped for all your holiday requirements, including guests use of sun loungers, beach chairs, beach toys, bbq etc. All bedding and linen is provided, including all bath and hand towels.
The holiday home comfortably seats 6 guests in the spacious sitting room area, with guests sleeping in two bedrooms, a double with en-suite cloakroom and a twin bedded room. A sofa bed in the sitting room sleeps two additional people. There is separate shower & wc.
Guests can enjoy a drink and the bbq on the outside decking or can relax on the sun loungers outside. The outdoor heated swimming pool is close by to swim and cool off or guests can take the deck chairs and beach toys to enjoy at Winchelsea beach, just a few minutes walk away.
There is an on-site bar and restaurant, on site entertainment for all the family or plenty of bars and restaurants at nearby Rye.
Please note the swimming pool is closed from 11th September to 11th April

Caravan was lovely. It was spotless. It had home comforts already there like soap and salt and pepper etc so felt homely and comfortable from the start. It’s on a friendly park with a small clubhouse. The beach is a few minutes walk away with cafes along the way. Shop and pubs very close by.

We had the most relaxing time at our holiday home, this was our first at a holiday park. The hosts were absolutely amazing, any issues we had they dealt with extremely promptly, thank you for a lovely stay and for the lovely treats.
