For the price you pay, it’s worth it. The free breakfast was really nice and options were decent. It’s also very close to the Canadian/US border, which was convenient for me since I was going back and forth between the two countries. Cleanliness was also better than you would expect. Overall, I would recommend this place for the location and the free breakfast.

The hotel is an older hotel in an older part of downtown Windsor surrounded by parking/empty lots and other older buildings some occupied and some not. It's a block over from a main street where retail and dining can be found which is easily walkable but likely with some caution in the evenings/nights. It is a short drive to the Casino and other downtown shops and the riverfront which was convenient. Our room was very acceptable and clean as it appeared to have been fairly recently updated but the hallway air seemed stale and the front check-in area could use some updating and freshening-up - better lighting and ventilation would help in the common areas.
