First time staying at this hotel. I booked a king bed suite. Checked in, staff was friendly. Went to my assigned room right after checking in and my key didn’t work, went down to reprogram the key. Went to room and someone was already staying there and it was a standard room. Had to go down again, was assigned another room after I reminded them that I booked a suite. I did get my suite and the room was nice and clean. But was a bit of an inconvenience. The clerk was friendly the third time I was there and kept saying sorry but the manager was NOT and never said sorry.

We love staying at club regent. Everyone is slways friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel good. My only negative is the lack of accessible plug ins and the lights are not user friendly ie: no light switches. Other wise fabulous stay again. Thank you club regent
